Ms. Roadine Willemse can be described as a self-starter who believes in developing people and seeing learners/students grow from “here” to “there”.  Mrs. Willemse began her professional career as an HR practitioner, focusing on organizational development, project management  and training and has over 30 years of experience. Her HR background was and continues to be the backbone and foundation on which her passion for people development was founded.

She has been in the education sector for over 20 years. Her tenure as a co-consultant for Higher Education Reform created an opportunity to have a broader understanding of Namibia’s higher education sector as well as how the general and vocational sector feeds into higher education. It also contributed to her understanding of the global education system.
